       A private enterprise "Scientific - Production Complex ''Edem" (SPC ''Edem'') was founded in 1989 in Kiev, Ukraine.
      The activity of the enterprise is directed to the search and study of new technologies, domestic and foreign, with the purpose of their assimilation in the Ukrainian industry. For carrying out this purpose, SPC 'Edem'' unites the scientific and technical potential of scientists and specialists in elaboration of different projects for miscellaneous spheres of national economic activity and ecology.
